Hey, Vec How Difficult Was It To Take That Whole Dash Assembly Off? I Am An Ex-bodyman And Am Pretty Competant... But Never Messed With Boat Disassembly

I'm dumber than a box of rocks and it took me about 1.5 hrs. after screwing with the steering wheel. Hardest part was getting the dam steering wheel off.

On my boat the wiring is really tight behind that switch panel, I was having a hard time just removing that. If you dont mind answering, in what order did you remove the accesorys and the actual panel?

And by the way it came out sweet!!!

Yes, it's tighter than a pig pu$$y. I started with the shift and throttles, Take it completly out. Then the trim tab indicator panel take it completly out, This will give you access to the main wiring harness, clip some wire ties to loosen up to harness to the speedo / tachs/oil/water. It's tight but will give you some room to work. If you want there is a quick disconnect plug in line with the harness but I didn't need to unhook it on mine after clipping some ties and if you do that you will have to clip most of the ties off. Then the switches, then fuel / volt / ignition / lanyards Panel.
