Remember it"s always more fun if, your boat is running at the end of the day and ,no one gets hurt.

Ah thankyou dex good man. Hey Hyper try not to use the old ive been doing it longer thing or i have forgot more then you know come on that way to cliche think about it. I dont care about good side or bad side of you. YOu guys joke around and i joke what cant handle it. So i say i can drive better. What cant take a joke now man get the tampons out of you a$$ and relax a bit all fun and games till you get bagged on. You by the way said boat for boat in your wager. And ill try anything once. and twice if i like it. ANd like everyone said THEY DONT EVEN KNOW ME. So how judge some one from not knowing. Because of ball busting? If thats so then everyone is a Grade A Pro driver from what i read on the board. I give back what is givin to me. Im just doing it 2 fold

The problem was that Velocity did not build a dedicated mold for the boat, but instead built it in the 41 mold by moving the transom foreward. The short lived 35 was built in the same manner. The base of the problem was that both suffered from the fact that the pad which they were expected to run on was not the pad portion of the 41 hull design, but a portion further foreward, not large enough to support and balance the boat at speed. Thus the inherent chine walk, which is, by the way, more manageable with the addition of large power. The power allows you to man-handle the boat and run more conservative trim and drive settings, while still attaining speed and control, as opposed to having to run on the edge of any reasonable control. (Hence my name choice of Ragged Edge) R&D and testing is the best money any manufacturer can spend for the benefit, and ultimately the safety, of their customers.

The 39, while still made in the 41 hull mold, is reduced in length only by virtue of it's lower profile, it retains the complete, as designed, bottom and pad. And due to it's low profile and center of gravity is a good performing boat.

The new 320, '07 - '08 design and earlier of the same, is a recreation of the original 30 of the past, Regal/Velocity days, with a new modern top deck. The old design was a good handling hull, and I understand the new is the same.

There you have it, Velocity 101 as I know it, based upon a long term relationship with the line.

You stole this whole quote from Sick didn't you?? He's the only one on this board with that kind of Knowlege!!!!

Could be drive hight, maybe a little to much trim. depends on the prop style weather it be a cleaver style, bravo or hydro style. Have you tried to tab it a bit to straighten it out the lift the tabs to stop the scrub speed
