VV I'm running CMI Split Top Dry Pipes ,off the old merc 900,
They go thru the transom above the swim platform. This is a loud set up. sounds awesome but after an hour or two its loud. You may want to think about those pipes before cut your boat up. Just a thought |

Thanks for the input, I have a set of 28" racing K-planes on order, that will deffinately help out. I am scrapping the B-max after more research on them and agree the XR's will serve me better, I'm just boating on the lake, they will hold together for what I do and be lighter and faster.
