We have only done 1 test run since the 12" Imco boxes and engine's These are in the nutral position with 1" shorties, So the props are not much higher if any than without. The boys at Velocity don't think it is going to increase the speed but settel the boat down making it think it is a real 32' boat. I will know more after futher testing and post the results.

I would make it a drive guard just so the next guy had the option of a bigger boat. Might help when selling the trailer.

Good point, " I'm always good about helping out the next guy when I sell something". Would you guys widen it or leave the same width. I'm guessing a foot from the props at the guard?

Ray AKA "nada1" being the super person he is, refused to except the $100.00 winnings in the "Cost of Labor" contest. So I spent the money else where in Ray's thoughts as well as my own.

My Neise @ 14 years had a little bad luck last year and came down with leukemia. We caught it very early and with the help of St. Judes Childrens Research Hospital she has made a full recovery. So I matched Ray's winnings with a donation of $200.00. Thanks Ray. VV

Nice VV, you're an alright guy.

RaggedEdge 05-10-2009 06:22 PM

Far as the trailer I would just be sure you have enough support back there. The drive guard is not a bad idea.

If you ever just backed into something I think it would help save a drive but if you get hit say 30 mph you would most likely get new drives and a large settlement because if someone crashes my drives I won't be able to move my neck and my Pick won't get hard and my wife won't be able to move her neck either and yes her Gussy is slamed shut! Pay UP Sucker! NO, NO! those were #6 drives you just crushed them and the look smaller.
