Pat really don't know what I'm doing, I just know you have to cut your losses at some point and I'm thinking there wouldn't be a better time to do it than now.

I figured you were building this boat to keep....otherwise you coulda went a little lower end on some stuff, and it still would have been wild, It does sound like a reasonable offer, I guess but man that boat is insane..... To do all that and then sell so quickly seems like a waste to me... unless as previously mentioned you enjoty building them, in which case, SELL and post the next one . :food-smiley-007: just my $.02.. ....

Well I accepted the offer of 95K. Instead of waiting a year and getting 60K. Anyway that's my decision and I hope they enjoy their new toy, I know I have. Thanks guy's for the input.
