Driven, I think I've hijacked your thread.

I changed the water pump and drive oil, greased it and cleaned it up. It runs fine, but doesn't charge. It's got an updated stator so I've got a rectifier and regulator coming tomorrow. I've re-wired the trailer and mounted LED lights that I need to finish hooking up. It's missing a couple of rollers on the trailer that I need to replace and the lights are pretty hopeless. I'll try and sort them Friday and put it in the water Saturday.
