Listen mister, I'm getting awful tired of your. Are you gonna do something? Or just stand there and bleed? You bring der wine an alpaca lunch... Our cottage has 2 boats so we built a paradox. Her sweater had 10 buttons, but her boobs were so big she could only fascinate. (Kid out on the beach says Mommy, Can you build me a sand-witch ???) Before Tickle Me Elmo leaves the factory, he is given a testicle.

To quote myself here....................

Well I thought it was a simple enough question.

Didn't appear to have any thing to do with Fountain vs Velocity, or who's faster than who. More to do with prior owner asking present owner where it's at now.

BTW, Old number was 97-98, tabs up very near level and perfect water, 6" chop, and really loose.

Well guys, I am calling it quits for the season. Got a lot going on and no time to get it all done!! Time to get the "Mighty Mouse" back out for some changes. With out the much needed Hyd. steering, there is no need to try for the "BIG" number this year. Maybe next year when can get a little lunch run together here on the bay!!!!

Whether it is going fast, racing professionally, or just enjoying the weekend with your family, VELOCITY has a boat for you.

What's the difference between a deep-vee hull and a modified vee? A planing hull and a displacement hull? Find the answers to these and scores of other frequently asked questions in Why Velocity Powerboats. Writing for any boater seeking a better understanding of modern powerboat design and handling. A clear introduction to powerboats (22 to 41 feet long) from the perspective of use. This practical advice on hull shape, engines, construction methods, steering systems, comfort, and safety gives today's boaters many Velocity options. If that's not enough for you and you have questions like, "How can I tell if a boat is adequately powered?" Just go to OSO Velocity section where you can go 100 mph under most conditions. "Clear, insightful, easy to understand. If you want to know what makes a boat fast, slow, stable, unstable, seaworthy, comfortable, or ideal for the things you want it to do, here's a perfect place to start. Here they translate the jargon, explain the key concepts, and offers a wealth of insights into what makes powerboats tick.

Things to Remember
1. Engine RPM at W.O.T. must be within the recommended operating range with the rated horsepower RPM as the target number (see specification in your engine operator's manual).

2. Increasing or decreasing prop pitch directly affects engine load throughout its RPM range.

3. Trim angle affects propeller performance.

4. Atmospheric pressure, elevation, temperature, and humidity all affect engine performance, which directly affects propeller performance.

5. Salt water is more buoyant than fresh water; this may cause some hulls to run faster than identical freshwater setups.

6. Water conditions can play a big part in boat performance and propeller efficiency.

7. The boat's load and position of the load can significantly affect performance.
