Having a boat is like that "cocain commercial", I do cocain so I can work harder, so I can make more money so I can buy more cocain, so I can work harder, so I can make more money so I can buy more cocain, so I can work harder, so I can make more money so I can buy more cocain, so I can work harder, so I can make more money so I can buy more cocain. Damn my mouth is watering. Stop the madness!

As propabably stated that 260 is a 24/swimplatform style. I am willing to sell mine but dont know if you want to jump into something as mine is. Is a 26/280 style 93. But there are a few nice 260 on here for sale that the board memebers have. JMO but id rather buy from a memebr then one off a site because you can get a lot more history and back round on it also any problems they are usualy more then apt to help.
Mine is a 1050 H.P. with a Bravo XR Max Worx
If you have any questions just pm or email me im sure the rest will also be willing to answere any questions or commen for you
P.S. I WANT THAT 30 POKER RUN BOYS!!! haha

Couple small things i did notice i didnt see a trailer didnt know if you had any intent to trailer. Also that boat was bottom painted 1. It does scrub some speed from the boat. 2. Pain in the A$$ to remove if you ever had wanted to.

hey mike, No they changed the way they named their models somewhere around the 97/98 era. I have owned both a 260 which is titled as a 24' boat but measures 25'11" with the swim platfrom and my current 280 which is a true 26' foot boat but measures closer to 28' with the swim platform. Yours should be the same length as my 28. The giveaway in the pictures in the link are the cabinets in the cabin, velocity did not put those in their 260's. My guess is Velocity changed what they called them because of other brands. (for example, a baja 272 is 27' including the swim platform, same goes for scarab, etc).

I like the boat in the link and price seems reasonable....but bottom paint would kill it for me!
