Just hide the bill from the wife/wife-to-be and pay it off!!!! That should make one hell of a bottom end!!! Still shooting to build a 434?? I saw a 185 on SOS for sale w/eng. problems.....2500 on a trailer!! I thought of yours and how sweet that little boat is!!!!!!

As far as VV, I will promise you that if he pulls the scoops and you give him the word that you want it, you WILL get it when/if he pulls them!! He is a real stand up guy!!!!

LOL! the wife still thinks I am just doin maitainance Its gonna end up being a 428, stock 4.125" bore, It will leave me some more meat for future cleanups. It is a fun boat, but it takes a good amount of hp to make this hull run, sometime I feel like I am beating my head against the wall

I know all about the wifey thing!! Our buddy VV bought his a Porsche to make up for his "Maintenance"!!!

As far as your boat........As good as it looks, you can leave a few mph on the table and it doesn't matter!! Still faster than a lot of boats on the water!!!
