Well whoever rigged the boat with the hp500 aparently didn't know what they where doing. The best I can guess is that the boat had some defects in the hull from the factory causing it to handle poorly and the person that set it up thought they were fixing it by adding rockers to the pad and chines at the stern of the boat. They trim tabs the put on were placed rather randomly also, although they are straight it seems like they just guessed where to put them. But since the blueprinting I haven't had to use the tabs at high speeds anymore. On those speed runs I had them pulled all the way up.
Chris @ bodyworks is in Holland michigan a stones throw from Tiara Yachts. He seems to have a lot of skaters and outer limits come thru his shop, I figured if owners of these high end boats were trusting him to do their work he must be good. Turns out he did an awesome job for me. He's repainting my dad's 38 cig flatdeck right now, can't wait to see how that turns out.http://www.kustompaintedboats.com/index.html
