Did the previous owner run that up at Raystown Lake?
Dude Gen 3's on that, guess you want to get the exhaust out in a flash. does the lower have a cav. plate built on it Did the previous owner run that up at Raystown Lake? |
Just means Generation 3 manifolds from stainless marine. They are the high HP manidolds. I used them on a blower motor I had. They are thes best out there in my opinion.

Ok, see what you guys think about the lower, standard or short?. It only has the low water pick up, none on the sides. Not sure what to think about the skeg that needs repaired.

standard length lower with what looks loike a bobs noise cone with low water pickup
Good looking boat welcome to the family. Your drive is a standard length drive like mike said. You will love it I now I can't get enough of mine.
Looks like a fun ride, congrats
also that lower may be the older case like 1989 , the bullit was shorter on those cases and a noise cone helped them a ton
Thanks everyone, that's good news. I think I'll just look for someone to do a skeg reair and refinish and start prop shopping.

suumz, congrats on the Velocity purchase. With 600 HP, she should run upper 80's when you get it dialed in. Make sure you get plenty of seat time, as Velocitys are a driver's boat. Once they hook up though, they feel like they are on rails.
