Default Velocity Customer Service

Probably not news to you guys but I wanted to post my experience with the guys at Velocity.

I'll say WoW- every time I call with a question my call is promptly returned. Early last week I called Kenny with more questions and asked him to order me a ladder for my swim platform. Kenny told me he would order the ladder and would call when it came in, also told me he would be in Clearwater for the PRA run and said come on down and hang out with us. I met up with Kenny and one of his customers; both were great putting up with all of my questions. Guess who brought a ladder with him? Went for a ride on our boat with Kenny and got a few good tips.

We always hear the crappy service stories so I wanted to relay a good customer service story and say thanks for helping add to a great weekend!

Steve,Kim and Kenny are all great people,They will help in any way they can,Steve might even tell you,you should slow down your out of control missle because you are out running the capability of the bottom of the boat.I laughed and said it is just like a 22 on Steroids.Great people and I can speak for many others as I am sure they will chime in.

I bought my raceboat from a private seller, Kenny was always willing to help me out..they did a deck rail for me..he drove up to a race, met one of my NJ buddies, who brought it home for me...no xtra charge..

Libby always remembers me or my wife, when we call for shirts, jkts, etc..etc...

Definitely the BEST customer service I have ever dealt with!! Says alot about the company and people!

If you have a question about it, call. My first Velocity was a used Regal 23. Steve had already left Regal but when I called the Velocity factory they put Steve himself on the phone. He answered my questions and while he told me some of the things he disliked about what Regal did with the Velocity he was also a gentleman about it. He also told me I would have a good time with the used (Regal) Velocity and we did! So much that the next boat was the real thing!

Velocity has great customer service. I laugh every time I read a post about how no one at Fountain answers the phone or returns calls and e mails.

Plus Fountain stabs you 3 X's on the price on accessories. If they answer the phone of coarse.

I had a 22 regal built velocity. Velocity treated me as I was a new customer with them answering all my questions. 5 years later, I became a customer for a 22 built by them. The build process was a fun as the boat itself is. I look foward to building another one in the next 20 years.

It is great to deal with people who love the boat they build. Kenny is a super guy and did me right on a used 26. Purchased the boat with no motor or drive. Got both from velocity and let them handle the install. On the shakedown run discovered some bugs, Kenny insisted I leave the boat to be repaired. Nothing but good things to say about Steve and Kenny. Looking forward to my next velocity from them.
