I would absolutely love to do the Bimini run. However, my family is insistent that we don't race the boat and I don't want to do anything that will hurt them, especially my grandfather.

If it is strictly a "run" I will definitely do one, if it's a race only it likely won't happen unfortunately.

Came across this thread tonight and I too couldn't stop reading, the anticipation of seeing the next picture and the progress of your project has kept me glued to the screen. Chasing a dream and turning it into reality is AMAZING to say the least. Your not just doing this for yourselves but your family and keeping the history of power boat racing alive! I hope you know this. I truly hope this piece of boating history gives you and your family (along with many spectators and fans) many years of speed and pleasure. Your doing a great job guys! No The rules were 375 CI 13:1 Compression ratio aluminum heads.
normally aspirated.
