Default Cutting down the windshield

My VR1 was originally a sit down race boat. The second owner put a smoked windshield on it . It looked good but man you cant see **** through it. I took it off and man what a difference. but the boat looks funny without it. So im going to try to cut it down to about 4 in. just to deflect a little wind and for esthetics.

I do like the short look. Maybe just fiberglass extended like the 30's?

Cool project either way.

Tom, the cut down fiberglass one off my 390 is at the factory. Not sure how it would fit a VR-1 but If you want it I'll leave it there when I pick up my boat.

The place that does all their windshields is over in Cocoa right off 528. Maybe they can cut it down?
