Default Relocate Engine Hatch Lift Need Ideas

2000 280 Don't like the way it lifts. Looks like to much pressure on the hinges..I see a lot of you relocate it to the front. Would like some pics and ideas please.

I don't have any pictures, but my 1998 cam with the lift mounted to the front wall of the engine compartment and lifts nearly straight up. It has an 8" piece of U channel that allows you to lift the hatch 8" without using the electric lift motor and also allows you open the hatch further by lifting the hatch and flipping the U channel up.
