Did the 22 come with fold up drink holders from the factory? If so, what brand are they?

I bought a 1998 22' Velocity. I has plastic fold up cup holders, one in each corner. I don't know whether they were factory installed or added afterwards. All of them are broken and the back plate is all that remains. There are no markings on the back plate. I have tried several types of fold up cup holders and none of them line up with the existing screw holes. I don't really want to screw additional holes in the boat.
