Who has the best Hyd Steering helm w/ tilt with the least amount sticking out of the dash?

Do you know who's has the least amount sticking out? I know IMCO's is 4 5/9 from the dash to the wheel mount.. do you have or know where I can find the spec's on the others?

Tilt wheel of course.
