I have a set, but I think they are the 280's/ About 16" long.

This guy sells on ebay, I bought a set of 28" plates from him plates only for $500.00 and he threw in shipping. They are just like the 380's and will fit the 280 housing, swapped them out in 20 minutes. Good stuff, VV
