Default Electric Chain Hoist

I'm loooking for an electric chain hoist. It can be a small as an 800 pound capacity or as large as a ton or so. I prefer 110 volt but will take 220. Not interested in 3 - phase. I just prefer not to pay full boat for one from a dealer. Someone has to have one laying in their shop or basement.

My brother had two. I will try and ask him if he still has one left. I am headed up to the shop today. Not sure on the weight, I know it was to small for me but may come in around your lower number.

I'm not sure what happened to my previous reply, the heading got hosed.

Thanks Jon, I appreciate you checking.

Check Harbor Freight. Not chain but cable. They have a few different sizes. Very cheap. Big sale going on for holidays.

Thanks, that is my backup plan, but when I am installing a supercharged big block in a boat and it is over head for those few moments, I really prefer a chain! LOL

Thanks, Barry

I have an extra CM hoist in great shape. Homeowner use, 110 volt, 1/2 ton capacity, 10' chain, looks great, funtions perfect.
$500 plus shipping.

Ed - Sounds like what I am looking for. Is there any way you can send me a picture? Thanks, Barry

Sorry I forgot to get back to you on this. I did check and the load on the one I have is not going to pick up a motor. I think it was a 500 pound max. Sorry.
