Im looking for a boat lift. it must meet the following criteria due to a strict townhouse association ....... 1. must be able to use in a 10ft wide boat slip. 2. must be able to lift 4500 lbs. 3. must not bolt onto the dock (which creates alot of my problems) 4. must be for a 27 ft boat 5. if its set up for a cat huge ++++++ 6. must be somewhat close to nj area
