Default WTB #5 gimbal bells and caps

I'm looking for a pair of #5 gimbal bells and the caps for the 1" side pins. I have a pair of #5 gimbals and the bells are worn out but the gimbal rings and the transom housings are in great shape. Anyone know where there are some #5 gimbals that might have broken rings or transom housings, but the bells are still good? Finders fee if I can locate a good pair of bells and the 4 caps.

Gary, I have a set of gimbals.....However, the vertical pin is frozen on one of the two. (never tried to knock the pin out) The transom studs are good (they were on box's) They will refinish to look new.....They are gen 1, not gen 2.

Thanks for checking. They have to be 2nd design with the 1" pins.

I know you know more about #4/5 gimbals than we do ! However, the pins are 1" and it is assumed the only difference between 1 and 2 is aesthetic ??? These gimbals are clean enough to go back in service after the usual rebuild kit and that pin.

Gary, Whereas, you are the # 5 King....The gimbals and gears would make a good package. Correct me if I'm wrong, all of those parts should fit #4, # 5 and 3's ???

If the gears came out of a #5 drive, they are only used in that drive and a #3A. They will not work in a #3 or a #4 drive.

Sorry, I meant to say 3A, for the 4's, Keith Holmes made an up date to 4's before we got that set drives. I don't remember the details.
