F.Y.I....... The inner rings are the same but with mounting holes drilled in them. I was looking for a pair for the longest time and had no luck, just bought a parts boat that had 2 and 1 blew off on the trip home and just realized today that the inners are the same, wish I knew that last year because I would have swapped them out.
I've got lots of parts if you need anything else.

I don't understand - are you saying the inner rings on an 89 port Window are the exact same as the outer rings (except the mounting holes) so they are interchangeable? So I can take the inner ring and put it on the outside with no issues? If so that is a damn good trick.

EXACTLY!!!!!! And they will look like brand new. I can't believe nobody has figured it out yet after all the posts I've seen for people looking for them. I saw 1 sell for $80 on Ebay 2 months ago.

Well I will be damned - I took the inside trim of the 1990 port window out and compared it to the outside trim of the 1989. And sure enough it is the same. The two exceptions are: 1) it has 4 holes (2 each on the top abd bottom) instead of 6 (the outside trim piece adds 1 hole on either end so that the trim stays with the contour of the boat, and 2) the 4 existing holes did not line up with the top and bottom holes on the existing trim. No big deal - you will just have to countersink 2 holes in the ends and add some washers so you do not crack the plastic and drill new holes for the top and bottom in the hull. Great heads up adrenalinejunky!!! Once you do that you can get any old flexible trim for the inside of the boat and you will not even notice the difference!!!!
