I have two seats too $400 for both

get up with OCCJOE hes make a bad a$$ racing style bucket seat for a even better price. search them in the swap shop. ( http://www.offshoreonly.com/forums/superboat/285655-starting-my-y2k-winter-upgrades-4.html ) check them out in post #37 looks like the new skater and MTI seats.

Not as expensive as you would think and they are water proof.

These are under a grand to your door, they will make them in white or about any color combo you want, They are a tube frame with elastic webbing so they have some pretty cush suspension built in and they can also make them 4 inches taller or wider, add adjustable lumbar support, put pockets on them etc....
