Default 38' gooseneck for top gun

Putting the feelers out for a used gooseneck. Currently have an aluminum I-beam under a Top Gun. Installed a gooseneck 2-5/16" in the bed to tow the other boat, would like to switch the I-beam over to a real trailer. Both steel and aluminum considered, no I-beam aluminum though.

I would then be selling a '10 All American bolted aluminum I-beam, or trade. probably has bout 2,000 miles on it.

Thanks.

Haven't considered price yet for the aluminum. It has all LEDs, spare wheel ON spare spindle, elec over hydraulic brakes with 4 discs (two axles). Honestly only ever put the boat on the trailer once and left it. It hasn't even seen water yet. One trip up here from Florida, and one trip back and forth to Toledo. I think it was 15k lbs, might be 18K lbs, I just forget what the axles were rated at...

I think it ran me $8K three years ago. I would think $5500 is pretty fair. I would need to locate a gooseneck probably before I sold it. That, or get it in the rack at Venetian in the Spring, or a trade.

picture of actual trailer. Bunks stick out about 4-6" off back. It's a great trailer, no real issues besides being I-beam aluminum, and I want to take advantage of the bed mounted hitch / gooseneck setup that was just installed on my truck.

Geoff Wanamaker out here in MD had one under his 38 TS/TG. It really looked sharp, and ominous. I just saw an updated picture and he has a bumper tow Manning under it now with drive guard. I don't know what happened to his Gooseneck, but shoot a PM to BobbyB here on OSO as he would know for certain.

No biggie, I know he is not in a rush to get a trailer. At some point he would like to have one.
