EBay, $56 for the stainless kit with new seal too. Best fastest bet....

i think alum makes more sense. just that much less differential metal to metal contact...

Aluminum ones rot, not right away but I've replaced quite a few. Never had an issue with stainless

There's a reason that you can not buy them in aluminum from Mercruiser any longer! And it's not because they were lasting to long......

Besides, with the seal and the paint/powder coat on both the assembly and the plate there should technically be no metal to metal contact so dissimilar metals should not be an issue.
