I am looking for a polished procharger 324 intercooler. If anybody has one please let me know.

if you don't find a used one try frozenboost.com. My buddy got one from them and it worked out great. way cheaper than procharger direct.

Will that affect my boost at all since it is so much bigger?

doubtful. Remember, it's still a closed system all the way to the throttle body and the amount of air the engine will pump. It will have a tremendous effect on lowering Intake Air temp though. I went from a 324 to the 22 and all it did was make my boat go faster.
