i spoke to imco about this not too long ago c/w the steering.

part # sr-8-1-13 steering cylinder
sk-19 bolt, mp-92 nut, sw-8 washer
aec-5 steering cap

on the 3inch raise box you need the short stroke cylinder

I think I've located a box and drive shaft, just need one ram, steering cap, and wings.

Thanks, rams are actually SR-8-1-14 from the parts lists I've seen. Part numbers are always good tho.

But if someone has a Imco gimbal with steering they're looking to get rid of I could be interested as well.

sr8-1-13 so the arms are closer to the transom assembly than the transom and don't hang over the angled crease on the 3 box

Interesting, they never mentioned that to me. Do you recall who you were dealing with? I don't quite follow the part about the hanging over the crease part.
