How much are these worth used?

I paid $100 per module with harness, and they were like new. So I would say $75-$100 depending on what is included and condition.

cheap! I think I remember paying like 700-800 each when I needed V-6 modules to make my v-8 idle properly when docking... i have 2 HP 420 V-8 modules sleeping in my toolbox... was wondering if i was richer than what i thought!

from what I can see- they (V8-HP) were around $200 new. At least thats what Mercruiserparts.com lists them at.
