My buddy has a 26 Baja that needs the transom and stringers redone. Its sitting on nice double axle alum trailer. Boat and trailer for $3500 or you could get boat, trailer, motor, and outdrive for $6500. Everything is there with the boat he tore it apart to fix and just hadn't had time to fix it.
