I did find today the HP 525 DIAGNOSTIC MANUAL for serial number 0M953620 and above and this includes bigger page pull out diagrams for wiring, ignition system, sensors, fuel and charge air, oil flow diagrams and so forth plus diagnostic service. Have the service bulletins that I can print. 95 bucks shipped

Is this a service manual or diagnostic manual? Does Merc publish both? I would need a service manual with all of the head torque settings, sequence, valve lash settings, etc.

My serial number starts with 0M954. Is there much of a difference?
