Hoping someone has a Weiand 177 that might have had some issue and would sell me a good right side drive gear, the one, the snout shaft bolts to. It's the one marked RIGHT in the picture with the 4 holes. I ONLY need the right gear.

A "Good" gear will have almost NO gear lash on the internal threads/rotor shaft where the gear mounts on the rotor shaft while it's shimmed out.070"-.080" and of course the outside teath are not worn or damaged and don't have more than a couple thousandths lash.
