38 Flat Deck Scarab

i’ve got a ‘82 38 flat deck Scarab. New Transom, engine stringers and firewall bulkhead. Has two full sets of gauges, radar arch, two sets of hatches (race and flat) myco trailer. No engines, drives or gimbals. Other than that most everything is there.

Still needs some work, but the hardest stuff is done. Boat is located in Indiana, looking to get $10k for everything.
