Thanks, appreciate that. I think your buddy messaged me on FB about a post I stared in there looking for mufflers. I have 4” tails and he said you did too and were using some sort of spacer? I’m curious if you just went to the end of the band clamps instead of the stops, then how much engagement would be needed? Thanks again.

1 3/4" on clamps. Must have been Dave? . If you need 4 I have 4. Only needed 2 , Made a deal on SSM V drive and still owe Mike 2 g's.. plenty of muff's out there , going to be a while for me now since I think I am going to put a notch in the bottom lol..

Fresh polish on them. $475 for all 4 shipped UPS.

Thanks. Yeah it was Dave, I just looked back. The clamping dimension works for me. So, did you have them mounted on 4” tails w a spacer? I’m a little apprehensive but if I could come up w a foolproof way to mount them I could pull the trigger..

https://www.hardin-marine.com/p-2700...aust-hose.aspx 4 1/2" has a outside diameter of 5 1/16" . Was planning on putting a cut which would be a 1/16" . Never called Stainless Marine to see if I could buy a piece of there material since it is a 1/2" thick that goes around my pipes with the stainless ring on transom.
