Back when I was gonna run the 256 blower I couldn't find the parts to convert to an automotive style shaft and get smaller pullies....so a buddy at work who is a machinist said with some aluminum round stock and some time he could make them for me whatever size I wanted...probably and expensive option if you don't know any machinists but its an option...good luck!!

Also upping the lower pulley size nets the same result so you may be able to find a lower pulley setup that will work?
