for starters its a TBI 2 injectors for the induction side of things. And there is alot more to this motor that is not vastly shared like a Mercruiser small block.The ecm is not a Merc small block tune. Worked on these exact Volvos - plenty in the past but is a rare app.. The engine made the cut for being a MEFI 3.
A scan of the engine would be a good start as well.

sent the ecm off to ODB Diagnostics and they advised me it is beyond repair. Didn’t elaborate but saI’d that it would not respond to their diagnostic system. They said that could flash it for $300 if I could find one using a specific part number list they provided.

I've got one. Got it with some other parts as a whole deal. Guy said it was good. I will take $100 plus shipping. If it is junk, return it for a refund. I take credit cards if that helps.PM me. I can send some pics. Can't load them here for some reason.
