Default 4” clamp on mufflers for dry tails...

Yup, you read that right; I need 2 sets of 4” clamp on mufflers that’ll work with fully dry tails, or Gatling inserts for 3.5” id inner pipes. I dump all my h2o over the side. Motors are 580ci 780hp/side.. thanks.

I went through looking for something like this about a year ago. I have a 408ci LS with full dry exhaust and also dump my water through thru-hull fittings. The big problem I found was everybody's mufflers require water to keep them from burning up. I ended up making a set of my own using GBB inserts, 4" polished stainless pipe and polished clamps. A little welding and they work great!!! They were also a ton cheaper than normal marine mufflers. Hope this helps you.

This is without the mufflers

This is with the mufflers. They make a really big difference. Mine are the 3 ring sport. I wish I would have gone with the comp series to get some more noise out of them, but these sound good and are great when I have my little girls on the boat.

Hope this helps you out!!!

It really does help; kinda confirms what I’ve been running into; the needing water issue is real.. I was fully willing to do GGB inserts but as luck would have it apparently their marine line is out of production until 2020! FML! Lol..

Well ****, that really sucks!!! I was going to order some comp series ones to build another set. Guess that'll have to wait till next year.
