The gen VI heads were not peanut port, they are large oval voretec heads. I have a pair of the gen VI vortecs in Omaha Nebraska

Thanks

That number is for a 310HP gev VI MPI engine. Those are not peanut port heads, people often mistake them for them but they are L29 vortec heads which is a much better head. Those are what I have, they are off of a truck engine but they are identical to the mercruiser heads, Mercruiser used truck long blocks for the 310HP, I know this particular engine well.

Do you have a picture of the engine, I think you have a odd ball LX engine that throws everyone off. Does it have a MAG looking intake? It may in fact be a peanut port engine

Looks like a carb 7.4 330 hp. Cast iron intake , Weber carb, and the heads are # 10114156. Roller cam motor, cast valve covers.
I will take a pic tomorrow. Intake ports are like a circle.
