Default WTB - DIACOM Marine software

Looking for a used DIACOM Marine software kit.

I need to the Adapter #94006, but will consider kits with other adaptors, as well as a Techmate Pro Scan tool.

Thanks, let me know what you have.

If it helps so read it fully and prob hard to find the very current ones used for sale. These are not much money new to begin with -- I have them all brand new --- The scan tools -- the techmate pro hand held and the laptop software versions as well. Also all the brand new adaptors. Let me know what apps you want to scan and I can set you straight for buying instead of you buying the wrong adaptors wasting your money.

All these have the very current version software installed for scanning. These all are the latest updates from diacom. I just received my orders last week from Rinda / Diacom.

Thanks for the reply. It is for a 2012 Merc 300XS outboard.

With any luck, I will only be using this infrequently, so hoping to find one used. (engine only has 110 hours, but currently need to run oil prime sequence, after replacing engine mounted oil tank)

If nothing turns up used, I will def be in touch.

The merc outboard side is fairly new for diacom and you want the G 3 updated version of your scan tool. The DLC is different depending on the outboard side for adaption.. I doubt your going find all that used.

if you do not want to spend the money take in to the dealer and let them do it and print a report for you. They can go over the parameters and help you for a fee less than the tool. This might be best for whomever because if you do not know what your engine running parameters should be then what good is the tool ? .

Great tool to have and I use the kit for when I owned a 300xs, but now using on 496HO-MAG. From memory you could prime the engine by key on and F to N five time in under 5 seconds. Should then hear the oil pump run and stop when completed.

I could be wrong, but heard that puts the engine in break-in in mode, and provides extra oil for the next (5-10?) hours.
Does that sound correct?

correct, but if you have the scan tool you can prime the oil system with out putting engine into “break in” mode
