Default 500 EFI accessories

Looking for all 500 EFI accessory and pulley setup including brackets. Looking to find a crossover setup as well. Looking to convert 502 mag to 500 efi setup. Let me know what you have.
Thanks!

I'm in the middle of the same project from what I've gone thru - look how others used the 502 accessory drive. I learned thousands of $$ into the conversion, to do it on the cheap- use the 502 MPI T-stat housing on the 500 EFI inake and you can run the whole front end of the 502.
I never would have tried this if I knew I had to buy most every bracket new, you can use the 565 EFI or late 525 EFI pulleys when they went to unpainted aluminum. Merc makes all of the front end brackets with the exception of the 50 EFI remote filter brackets - can substitute 525's in that case. Just my experience, sharing what I learned.

Thanks for the reply. The main issue I’m running into is with my whipple driven pulley. I’m looking into a different length snout and a different crank pulley, but figured there was a small chance I could find some of the parts as well as have everything line up. If I could modify some of the brackets to make it line up or make my own it wouldn’t be a problem but to make everything would be a lot of screwing around. Well; you know how short our season is in the Mitt!

F2- I have a 2.3 whipple top mount that was for a 500 efi. I have all stock mag accessories and the snout is too short for the blower belt to run off my 502 crank pulley and line up. I need to either a: run a 500 efi offset setup to match or get a longer snout and a 502 mag crank pulley to match. And run my 502 mag serpentine setup.

500efi intake and parts, misc plumbing and gauges.

One key bracket. All are available from Merc though, some you'll need to goto the 525 part as it is a slight modification of the 500.

F-2 is the resident expert!

If you need to go with all of the 500 front end. Arizona Speed and Marine had some used pulleys, have to call and ask. Sea Water Pump has be impossible to find, Merc 565 are the same as the 500 efi. No aftermarket stuff fits right.

Alpena? - I have a place on Hubbard Lake LOL

Yes! Sounds like a pain trying to wrangle everything up when I’m trying to get it water ready. I spoke with Whipple sounds like I can still get a snout and crank pulley and some stand offs for my setup and convert it to a mag setup.
I appreciate you guys’ help! Hubbard lake! Hell ya we frequent Hubbard and Thunder Bay. I’m originally from the Caseville in the thumb. I miss the boating on Saginaw Bay hoping to make a few trips this year. I’m already wanting to step up to a bigger boat but I want to finish this project up first.
