I currently have hydraulic assist steering want to go to full hydraulic steering does anyone have the rest of the parts to get me there

I ordered the complete kit from IMCO when I did one of mine. It had everything included and worked out nice

I did an IMCO Uni-Mount setup. Love it. Not cheap, but now it's a whole new boat!

I agree ^^^^ I also bought the Imco and was very happy. Mayfair also has the helm and inside kit. You will be happy you made the change, like getting a new boat,
