I have a good pair of 3's with adapters. And enough parts to build at least two more. I might have big shafts in a box somewhere.

I'm in Ontario, about 2 hours north of Toronto. That might be a deal breaker for you. I'll do some digging and see what I have for shafts.
I have two 1.5's in excellent condition internally, the two good drives would include the prop adapters. The river where I kept it is hard on the case, so ugly on the exterior. I have four parts drives in various states of breakage and disassembly. Lots of other parts like shafts and trim rams. I'll have to check with the guy that did my service work, I had some parts shipped directly to him. Some big shafts and a new lower case, but I'll have to make sure he can find them (it's been a couple of years)

Just curious, is possible to upgrade a ssm3 to 3a?....what would that entail?
