Default Sacramento River March 19th?

Anyone want to meet on the Sacramento on Mar 19th for a half day outing? 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM? If the weather is going to be at least 75 degrees and clear and sunny - should know by 3/15 from the weather report - then I am up for it. Any one interested?

Also, where is the best place to launch. Only place I have ever launched on the Sac was under the I 5 overpass area just south of I 80. Ano other areas were a boat if this size
(31 ft) can be easily launched? Any one know the conditions of the Sac now? All the trees done floating downstream?

27 Daytona (Doug) and 28V (Lane)?

Just a note, Lake Havasu City will be 87 degrees this Sat.....

My insurance goes into effect on Apr. 15th. The best launch ramp will be at Discovery Park, where you mentioned under the I-5 bridge. Trees? Hard to say. Doug

Good point mentioning your insurance. My agent said everything was settled and ready to go and thats the last I heard from her - I need to get this settled. I will call her right now....

Just saw this today...raining pretty hard here and supposed to the rest of the week .
I usually pull drives the week before memorial day, change oil etc...wrench and wax the entire week.
My wife leaves town if she can.
Then I rest for a week, and get out in early June............

I have been getting about 4 to 6 inches of snow every day.... It is supposed to be 87, again, at Lake Havasu this coming week. I cannot wait until April 25th.. My last day there will be that Thursday. We may stay for one more day to check out the poker runs - I have never seen one or been in one. I think it will be snowing in Reno when I leave for Havasu!!! I am taking the Tres Martin course, and it is on the 25th and
26th other wise I would come a week later for all the fun. I hope to be able to go out to Folsom Lake one more time to make sure I know how to properly adjust the drives - last time I did not have them trimmed up enough to get enough lift causing porposing at about 88 - 90 mph and 5100 rpm. This big bastard really does not like to turn at speed either...! I am learning each time I go out in it - but have been out only 2 times.
