Not sure if this is what you are after...but Glen Sample did the original Warlock "decals". ph 714-638-8724 in Garden Grove.
He said he did a lot of artwork/signage etc for movie mockups like airplane cabin scenes etc...always thought that was an interesting way to make a living..
10+ yrs ago since I contacted him...let me know if he is still around if that is what you are after...I have a physical address as well.
Mine were originally painted- I replaced with these...

Painting them back to original on my antique appeals to me as well...but would likely require the steady hand of a pro...

yeah, I haven't had them on the hull sides in years because we do a lot of rafting in unprotected waters...the fenders siding up and down will eat the stickers in a season
