Every time I think about selling mine, I give up on the idea cause I'm not sure I could find another boat that fits my needs as well as the 31' SXT.

I looked at the boat before Christmas. Interior was really rough, floor seemed soft, most of the rigging was there, gauges were toast. It was bank-owned the last time I saw it. I wanted it for the trailer and drives but couldn't come to a price. It is/was at Cedar Port Marina next to the dam on Grand Lake.

guessing it was the glue down carpet over plywood floor, then left uncovered for years?

called the broker, said he sold the boat at scrap value to a guy in Hot Springs. Apparently the guy did a bunch of work on it already and has it back in the water already.
