Are you still looking for a project cat? I have a 1993 25' SXT with outboards that will be up for sale in a couple weeks. I just redid the interior over the winter and put all new autometer gauges in it. The current motors are the 2.5L 245 carbed version but I blew one up a couple weeks ago and they are now both being rebuilt as fuel injected 260HP 2.5L.
I had no idea how many hours were on the motors when we bought it last year and figured we were on borrowed time anyway before one let go.
Once the motors are done, I will put a few break in hours on them and it will be up for sale. The only reason I am selling it now is the lake we are on gets nasty and rough and need a little bigger boat to handle it better so we are going to a 28 or 30' cat of some sort.
The boat will be turn key and really all that's left to do is address the minor blemishes and nicks in the hull and paint. The clear coat is coming off on top of the deck and the whole boat needs to be freshend up paint wise. Previous owners neglected this boat appearantley and she just needs a little more TLC.
