GAZ, I now have both my kids living in the Gunnison area. My daughter moved to the area yesterday and is working for Two Plank Productions in Crested Butte. She graduated last week from Univ of AZ. Looks like I'll be getting some sort of pass next winter to CB. We'll have to get a beer sometime when I'm in town.

I've got to work till the 3rd. :( I haven't decided if Im going to Powell or Navajo but Im going to one of them for a week on the 4th. Navajo is a great time, lots of boats at the south end but the north &the middle are cool with several coves to hang in & sandy beaches. Im sure we will see each other out sometime this summer GAZ! Beer is good!!!!

Yea, got a 24p bravo 1. Can't wait to try it out at Powell!!! Heading out there either on the 4th or 5th for a week. Are they doing live music every weekend in the summer or was it a one time thing?

Hey guys,
Not sure if this is the right place for this post but I live in Colorado and was wondering if anyone on the board also boats in CO. I know it's no Lake Michigan or ocean, but I was out on Cherry Creek Res the other day and saw at least a 30' go fast boat with twins tearing it up, couldn't get close enough to see what brand but it sure looked and sounded like one hellova boat! I live in Denver, and have boats from 47 to 30' race boats, tend not to do much boating in Colorado, as there not enough space to test and run them. I tend to drift to LOTO instead.
Cheers Watch Your Back Saratoga Stampede I'm not too far north of you, would love to get together sometime either on the lake or for some beers. Let me know if you are interested!! Seth |
