Default Moors RV's for Sale?

Is there any place that has them listed? I was there over Memorial Day weekend and looked around but didn't know what is available now. Any info is appreciated.

There's at least three to five for sale if not more. I know a few sold in the last couple weeks. I'll be up Friday morning so I can get you contact info and price if you want.

Expect to pay $30,000 for a $10,000 trailer. Then if the owner doesn't like you he can tell you to take that piece of **** home, and you've lost that extra $20,000 because you never owned the lot.

How often does that happen? What is the average rental per year for the lot?

Far as I know thats never happened. After the tornado there were a few campers put in then re-sold most of the campers that are for sale now are new 30'-40' park model campers. The lot fee runs around 1900 a year. Hope that helps and dont let people's negativity affect your interest. Moors is the popular place on the lake it has a great marina and restaurant, the campgorund has a lot of great peolpe there and a lot of fun is had especially on golf carts...

You're exactly right. It's probably the best place on the lake. They even have a waiting list to get into the campground that dates back to 1982. The owner is so gracious that instead of going by the waiting list, he's buying campers, parking them on the lot, then selling the camper's for a profit because they're on a lot that you still have to pay a yearly lease for.

I think he done that on about 5 lots and thats because people give them up after the tornado, and thats the only ones he done. The list I dont know about, when people put there spot up for sale they sale to who ever, you dont have to go by the list.

He did, but whether or not it was 1, 5, or 10, it wasn't right. He owns the place and can do what he wants, but if that's what it's gonna be, he needs to get rid of that list that gives people false hope on being a tenant there.
