If it were me Id cross into Barkley and hit up Buzzard Rock. You can get drinks there. 15 minutes or less depending on speed from the quarry. Buzzard rock is a really nice place and a lot closer.

Ky dam marina has a good one, so does Moors resort.

Are they really anal about people standIng up? I have drop out bolsters so usually me and my passenger are standing and alot of time the people behind me?

Standing or sitting on the engine hatch. Standing in teh bolster area is okay. For years the Sheriff's Dept and Water Patrol have only picked people up for stupidity, which is okay in my book. Everytime I see these guys, the Bad Boy anthem is played on my stereo. On a wakeboat with tower speakers, that means that you can hear it anywhere inside the rock quarry, even if I'm on my way out. The whole beach at Teh Sands can here it out there if I'm in the middle. The law enforcement officers just laugh when they here all that mess.

I'll be in a black/grey Supra, probably around the beaches somewhere.

I also heard keep beers in another container besides the can..... I guess a beer bong counts as another container
