It doesn't look like I will be able to make it happen this year. My work will not allow me the needed time to put this run together this year. Since we have gotten some really good feedback, I will look to do a run in 2014..THANKS!!!!

**** We'll all have to follow someone else. I've never been there.
The Thunder used way to much fuel to go there. I could have went last year with the engines that were in it but always ended up going to Buzzard instead. I'm sure we'll go this year though.

Fat Daddy's isn't hard to find. Follow the channel (stay in the channel!) down the lake. Go down to the second bridge (the channel has a couple zig-zags right before the 2nd bridge) and the lake kind of splits after you clear the bridge. Follow the channel to the left. Then hang a left at the first big cove on the left.

In the back of the cove, you'll find Fat Daddy's. FD's cove is pretty deep, just stay in the middle of it. When you see FD's, slow down to idle speed and trim your drive(s) up. It gets really shallow around the docks.

Not sure what y'all cruise at, but it normally takes me an hour and a half from the canal.... depending on how many beer breaks I take along the way.

I have a place at Moors and there about every weekend, also Fat Daddies is 40 miles from Moors.

It takes a hour crusing 40-45 and stopping for beer breaks!!
