drive lube plumbed in and the first cushion clamp was screwed on 2 times, so the hole was just right for 5200 to go in it (about 100 more to go)

the spacers are 5200'd onto the stringers, in a few days the bolts get pulled and the ends get 4000 to seal it off. on the nut side are those 1/4 inch aluminum backing washers made with a hole saw, they are on every thru bolt thru out the boat.

bolted in, the spacers are 5200'd to the stringers, in a couple days, i'll pull the bolts and seal up the nuts and bolt heads with 4000. ill have to get a better pic of the install. on the stringer side are those 1/4 inch aluminum backing washers made with a hole saw which are on all the other thru bolts

port angle almost 3 1/2 degrees difference. the difference over 30 inches the tails have to run has to be significant, guess the pipes will look like pretzels. but for 4 grand what what do you expect.
